I am always amazed to see how God leads young people to give a year or two (or longer) of their lives to come to Japan. Perhaps God is calling YOU to come to Japan for a season – why not step out in faith and come and serve? Maybe you’ve just graduated from college (or are about to) and aren’t sure what to do next. By all means, COME TO JAPAN! What are you waiting for? There are plenty of opportunities all across Japan to serve as a short-term missionary. If you’re not ready to be a missionary, why not teach English? Just for fun, I put together a small collection of photos to whet your interest:

Come and eat sushi…

…and so much more!

Enjoy spectacular views of some the world’s biggest cities…

The night views are incredible!

Explore a castle

Visit a shrine

Enjoy tranquil views like this one

You can even go hiking!

Enjoy the fabulous cherry blossom season

See weird English in almost every department store:

See girls wearing very strange outfits
Take goofy photos that will make your friends back home laugh
In addition to making great memories, you will give encouragement to long-term missionaries who often get tired and discouraged, learn about another culture, make friends you will treasure for life, get a better idea of what your strengths and weaknesses really are, and learn more about how awesome God is. And of course, you will fall in love with the precious people of Japan!
